Research Study Signup

Once the date is set, you will be emailed forms that MUST be signed through DocuSign. Those forms can be previewed at the bottom of this page. You will also receive an email with your Zoom link and password per the time you have chosen. 
Only participants who meet ALL of these criteria are allowed to participate:
  1. You are age 18 or older.
  2. You are male.
  3. You identify a history of drug or alcohol abuse in your past.
  4. Have been incarcerated multiple times before.
  5. You identify drug or alcohol abuse as a potential cause of recidivism.
